I love social media. I especially love Twitter. As a small business person, it has opened up a whole new world of connections and opportunities for me.
However, there is one aspect of social media that, frankly, gets on my nerves, and that is all the smug people out there. If you've ever spent time on a Twitter chat or two or participated in a LinkedIn group, you're bound to come across a couple.
